FY 2023 OneRD Guarantee Loan Initiative: Water and Waste Disposal (WWD) Loan Guarantees

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to assist private lenders in providing affordable financing to qualified borrowers to improve access to clean, reliable water and waste disposal systems for households and businesses in rural areas. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Lenders with the legal authority, financial strength, and sufficient experience to operate successful lending programs, Federal or state-chartered banks, Savings and loans, Farm Credit banks with direct lending authority, Credit unions, and nonprofits

FY 2023 The Gus Schumacher Nutrition Incentive Program (GusNIP)

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support projects that will increase the purchase of fruits and vegetables by participants in the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) by providing incentives at the points of purchase. WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Government agencies and nonprofit organizations. Institutions of higher education that are local, county, tribal, territorial, or state government agencies must provide documentation in support of eligibility as government agencies

FY 2022 Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) Grants 

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides funding to fire departments and firefighter interest organizations to assist in increasing the number of firefighters to help communities meet industry minimum standards and attain 24-hour staffing to provide adequate fire protection from fire and fire-related hazards, and to fulfill traditional missions of fire departments.

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to achieve the goals of, and improve the effectiveness of, services authorized under the Rehabilitation Act through well-designed research, training, technical assistance, and dissemination activities in important topical areas as specified by the National Institute on Disability, Independent Living, and Rehabilitation Research (NIDILRR). Click here for more information.

FY 2023 Body-Worn Camera Policy and Implementation Program to Support Law Enforcement Agencies

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program supports the purchase or lease of body-worn cameras (BWCs) to establish or expand comprehensive body-worn camera programs with a specific and demonstrated plan to implement this technology to maximize the benefits of BWCs. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Law enforcement agencies, correctional agencies that perform law enforcement functions, prosecutors’ offices, and state or regional consortia that support such agencies, including state administrating agencies (SAAs).
