FY 2023 Healthy Homes Production (HHP) Grant Program 

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program supports a comprehensive approach to addressing multiple childhood diseases and injuries in the home by focusing on housing-related hazards in a coordinated fashion, rather than addressing a single hazard at a time. Click here for more information.

FY 2023 Housing Opportunities for Person with AIDS (HOPWA) Competitive Grant Housing Interventions (HINT) to End the HIV Epidemic 

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program will provide communities an opportunity to create and implement new projects that align with initiatives aimed at ending the HIV epidemic and elevate housing as an effective structural intervention in ending the epidemic. Click here for more information.

FY 2023 Lead and Healthy Homes Technical Studies (LHHTS) Grant Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program funds studies to improve knowledge of housing-related health and safety hazards and to improve or develop new hazard assessment and control methods, with a focus on lead and other key residential health and safety hazards. Click here for more information.

FY 2023 Older Adults Home Modification Grant Program (OAHMP) 

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to enable low-income elderly persons to remain in their homes through low-cost, low barrier, high impact home modifications to reduce older adults’ risk of falling, improve general safety, increase accessibility, and to improve their functional abilities in their home. WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Experienced nonprofit organizations, state and local governments, and public housing authorities that have at least 3 years of experience in providing services to elderly adults

FY 2024 Small Surface Water and Groundwater Storage Projects 

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides Federal assistance to enhance water storage opportunities for future generations in support of the Department of Interior’s priorities. Click here for more information.

FY 2023 Electric Vehicle Charger Reliability and Accessibility Accelerator

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to focus on repairing or replacing broken or nonoperational EV chargers to improve the reliability of existing EV charging infrastructure. Click here for more information.

FY 2024 Bipartisan Infrastructure Law: Airport Terminal Program 

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to address the aging infrastructure of the nation's airports by upgrading, modernizing, and rebuilding airport terminals and sponsor-owned airport traffic control towers (ATCTs). Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? State agencies, public agencies, private entities, Indian Tribes or pueblos owning a public-use National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems (NPIAS) airport, and the Secretary of the Interior for Midway Island Airport, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of Palau.

Department of Transportation

FY 2023 Thriving Communities Program – Technical Assistance, Planning, and Capacity-Building Support 

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to provide technical assistance, planning, and capacity-building support to community coalitions in order to advance a pipeline of transportation and community revitalization activities that will increase mobility; reduce pollution from transportation sources; expand affordable transportation and housing options; improve health outcomes; facilitate efficient land use; preserve or expand jobs; and enhance connections to health care, education, and food security to benefit disadvantaged populations and communities. WHO'S ELIGIBLE? State and local governments, metropolitan planning organizations (MPOs), transit agencies, regional planning organizations, and tribal organizations

TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? Rather than providing monetary awards, this program will provide at least 45 to 60 recipients with comprehensive planning, technical assistance, and capacity building support.

Environmental Protection Agency

FY 2023 Wetland Program Development Grants (WPDGs) Region 6 

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides an opportunity to conduct projects that promote the coordination and acceleration of research, investigations, experiments, training, demonstrations, surveys, and studies relating to the causes, effects, extent, prevention, reduction, and elimination of water pollution.
