The Logistics Assistant provides advanced administrative support for the Logistic Division, which includes Fleet, Facilities Maintenance, and Supply departments, as well as capital construction projects. This position will also Independently manage a variety of projects for the division. The ideal candidate for this role is an individual who brings a high level of curiosity to the table, is eager to learn about technical areas that may be new to them, is comfortable with a workload that may vary significantly from day to day, and who reflects frequently on the question: "Is there a better way to approach this process?" The ideal candidate is a team player who observes when help is needed outside of their immediate tasks and doesn't wait to be asked before offering assistance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education
Associate degree.

Experience
Three years of administrative experience preferably supporting a wide variety of roles in multiple business units.

Position-Specific Requirements
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word; and intermediate knowledge of Excel and SharePoint.

Ability to perform reporting using SQL Reporting Services preferred.
